The hillside that stole our hearts

Back in 2016, before OHLIVE was even an idea, we found ourselves on a quiet slope overlooking the sea and the green rolling hills of Kechria. It was calm, untouched and completely peaceful — almost as if time had forgotten to pass here.

The land smelled of pine and wild herbs.

The horizon felt endless.

And the view… well, the view decided everything.

We instantly knew: this is the place.

Not just to build villas.

But to plant roots, create memories, and share something meaningful with others.

One thing mattered to us from the very beginning:

We partnered with the brilliant minds of 3H Architects, who understood our vision perfectly. Together, we designed villas that were:

To fully explore the wild, untouched beauty of northern Skiathos and the closest beach Kechria and Ligaries, we still recommend renting a 4x4 — it’s the best and most enjoyable way to reach the island’s hidden gems.
